"We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel."

"Me and my wife loved both the hotel and the town. After visiting Santiago de Querataro, San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato, this was our favourite. Cute, smaller and quieter, but still fun and lively (hotel and town). The hotel really feels "boutique"."
