"The view is amazing! Overlooking the bay we could clearly see whales everyday just off shore. The unit is spacious with a beautiful full length deck. Located about 15 minutes from Samana the property itself (Vista Mare) is very nice and well maintained with 2 fabulous beaches, 2 infinity pools and a very good restaurant. The property is on hill so be prepared for some very steep hikes to the beaches and pools but well worth the walk or drive. We had some minor issues when we arrived but I must...

"This was an excellent place to be. It was quiet, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the amenities were top notch. As for the apartment we stayed in, it was great. The property owner was such an amazing help and guide. She was always on top of things and we didn't need to ask for anything at all. "Very beautiful place. Also pretty quiet except one weekend nights when locals showed up. Very good amenities. The Italian chef made the only memorable food we had in Samana. The only problems where: you had to pay for cleaning everyone, not enough shampoo etc and the check-in was pretty awkward."
