"We so enjoyed our 5-night stay at the apartment on the via Pescherie Vecchie. Very quiet for being so incredibly central, just off the Piazza Maggiore in a lively and fun location. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, and very reasonably priced. Julia was helpful and communicative throughout the process. Great find!"

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I rented this apartment for 12 days to get some idea of what it would feel like to live in Montepulciano. It was a great experience. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it has good air conditioning. The apartment is spacious for two people, with simple furnishings and decorations, that were everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal, with parking a short walk away."

"This is a wonderful studio apartment for one person. Roberto has thought of everything. Whenever I was looking around for some thing, I then found it. The communication with Roberto was incredible even when he was in another country the first couple of days that I arrived. Unfortunately Was sick and as soon as he and his wife returned, they were so kind and helpful. It is very quiet location"

"We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. "This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here."

"Late delayed checkin was facilitated brilliantly, the accommodation was brilliant and most unexpectedly the location was unbeatable. The square you walk straight out on to was beautiful with the seven churches on the opposite side and a number of bars/restaurants. If I went back to Bologna, i would easily book the same place again. Thanks for a great break!"

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"This is a cheap option inside the walls of the old town. Unfortunately the apartment is less than ideal - the shower head was broken, as was the wardrobe. The floors and surfaces were clean but there was lots of cobwebs and debris around the apartment in corners. It's basically an attic with a sloping roof so there isn't much headroom. I must have hit my head 10 times. "

"My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cavalleria Rusticana. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Highly recommend staying at this property."
