"No nonsense hotel and a very good value for Miraflores if your objective is to get some sleep and venture out to see some of Lima's tourist destinations. Many restaurants close by. It started around 8 a.m. I called reception, and they said there wasn't any construction and they would check the noise source. It stopped for a few minutes, and then it continued.
