"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "Loved this place! Sweet and cosy, great views outside. Country setting with a steep hill to walk up to it which I didn’t mind as we got our exercise! We came by bus, it worked out fine as there’s buses, Karin happy to pick us up from the village, which has a well stocked shop, and a characterful bar / restaurant Bar Suzo whose fairly limited opening hours can be found online. There are a few things that could improve this place, but for what it cost - this is our least expensive accomodation...

"The accommodation is perfectly located, not so far from the paseo, the walking and commercial streets, the beach. On top of that there are down some pubs which is perfect for persons who like the nightlife. The accommodation is very well equiped with a small kitchen, a fridge with large freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and is available any time to help, I strongly recommend this studio."
