Schöne Villa in der Provence / Côte Azure
Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus la Motte war wunderschön. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, die sich auf zwei Wohneinheiten verteilen. Jede Wohneinheit verfügt über eine eigene Küche. Zusätzlich hat das Haus über eine zusätzliche, sehr schöne Außenküche. Ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und zwei Bäder plus zwei Toiletten bietet für viele Besucher Platz. Sowohl das Haus als auch das Grundstück sind sehr groß und der schöne, riesige Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Und mangelte es in dem Haus an nichts. Sogar ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Haus und Garten sind gut gepflegt und die Anlage spiegelt den provonzialischen Flair wieder. Steinmauern, Oliven- und Feigenbäume, Oleander und andere typisch mediterrane Pflanzen machen diesen Ort zu einem authentischen Urlaubsziel. Der Pool braucht entsprechend Zuwendung und Pflege. Es gibt zwar professionelle Unterstützung, aber wenn man es schön haben will, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, ein paar Handgriffe zu machen. Dies betrifft ebenso die die Endreinigung des Hauses, für die Zeit oder Geld eingeplant werden sollte. Wir, drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder, waren überwältigt von der Größe des Anwesens und die Gegend bietet viel Abwechslung. Sowohl Strand als auch typische Ortschaften sind in nächster Nähe zu erreichen, vorausgesetzt ist ein Auto. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich und erreichbar. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen, wenngleich wir keinen Wert auf den n

Déçus…
Déçus pourquoi ? Malgré le cadre avantageux du Var et de la mer à une petite demie heure en voiture, ce séjour n’a pas été très reposant. La piscine a tourné au vert au lendemain de notre arrivée. Notre seule faute a été de ne pas prévenir les propriétaires directement. Propriétaires qui étaient en vacances dans un autre pays lors de notre présence et dont il nous a été spécifié, au cours d’un appel préliminaire, que nous ne pourrions pas les contacter par téléphone… Le lendemain, le jardinier nous a annoncé que la piscine ne serait sûrement plus utilisable de la semaine. Pas manqué, pendant 5 jours la baignade nous a été interdite, au vu de l’état insalubre de la piscine. Il nous a été reproché de ne pas avoir vérifié l’état de la pompe le jour de notre arrivée (chose non spécifiée malgré les nombreuses pages de check-in). Pompe remplie d’aiguilles de pin datant de plusieurs jours, personne n’étant venu vérifier la veille de notre arrivée. Donc si vous voulez consolider vos bases en entretien de piscine… cette villa est faite pour vous. N’oublions pas aussi l’eau de la douche bouillante, les fourmis et la wifi qui a arrêté de fonctionner au milieu du séjour…

Just amazing!
We spend 7 nights at the villa and everything was perfectly at described in the add. The garden and the pool actually seem bigger in reality. The house has neighbours but none close enough to house to be disturbed. We didn't have any problems with noise or complaints! The house has two really good equipped kitchens and an amazing balcony which can easy accommodate 8 people for dinner even more if you put up another table! Patrick, the host was really friendly and helped us with any questions we had, the communication was easy, fast, helpful and always friendly! Would definitely recommend it!

2 ruime appartementen met een mooi uitzicht
Het huis La Motte is een mooi ruim huis dat bestaat uit twee appartementen. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon van het bovenste appartement is prachtig. De woning beschikt naast het balkon over een terras met buitenkeuken bij het beneden appartement. Het zwembad is erg fijn en mooi gesitueerd op een lager niveau dan het huis. De airco was erg fijn totdat deze het begaf aan het eind van ons verblijf. Minpunten waren: * bij het inchecken stond alles uit, er was niemand om ons te ontvangen, we moesten zelf op zoek naar de wateraansluiting, geen warme ontvangst dus * 2 dagen geen warm water * problemen met de elektriciteit, het kostte veel aandringen om het opgelost te krijgen * een gammel codeslot bij het toegangshek * de eigenaar was niet aanwezig en had zijn vader aangesteld als beheerder; deze was wel vriendelijk maar niet helemaal uitgerust voor de taak * communicatie:: alleen in het Frans, bij incheckinformatie op de vbro website stond een lange, onduidelijke kolom in het Frans, zonder lay-out; er werd niet (snel) gereageerd door de beheerder / eigenaar op apps / voicemails. * er was geen mogelijkheid tot het huren van bedden-/keuken-/handdoekengoed * er was geen mogelijkheid tot het laten uitvoeren van een schoonmaakbeurt, alles moest door ons zelf schoongemaakt worden * het moeten noteren aan het begin en eind van de elektra- en waterstanden is ongebruikelijk * de inrichting / keuken / sanitair was nogal gedateerd Ik hoop dat de eigenaar iets kan met deze feedback. Afgezien van de minpunten hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad, maar niet helemaal zonder zorgen vanwege bovengenoemde punten.
