Loved our little holiday
Fantastic accommodation in a peacefull location and not far from bars and restaurants. The apartment is very homely and allowed us a relaxing stay. Albert was very helpful from day 1 and gave us complete privacy during our stay. The apartment is clean, large and has everything you need. Fantastic for children and all the family. Beds, comfy and clean. Amazing shower and cooking facilities. We would highly recommend and hopefully we will return in the future. Thank you Albert for your hospitality and help. Perfect stay!

A great property
Owner was very kind and welcoming. Property was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Close proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Would certainly recommend and would stay here again if visiting this area. Quiet and very relaxing.

Owner very kind however accomodation is under built poor condition
The house was beautiful however very humid and wet. The accommodation is actually his garage basement transformed into a small apartment which is well equipped but not well isolated and it felt dark with tiny windows and very humid.

Beautiful place and great friendly owners
Fantastic place visited this week with my partner and three children age range 12 years to 6 months , the chalet has everything you could think of and is very well kept , the pool area is amazing with great sun loungers a great outdoor eating area and an outdoor toilet and shower which was very handy when your wet. There is plenty of local bars and places to eat at just a short walk and our favourite place to take the children was a little Spanish bar called caravana with a play Park for the kids (in between the two round abouts) the owner was so friendly and great with the children but the chalet is very near to the busling Benidorm if you wanted to visit but so nice to get back to the chalet and the peace and tranquillity. Albert the owner and his wife were amazing and so friendly they couldn't do enough to help you at your request but gave you so much privacy using the chalet and pool area - deffinatly will be back and can't wait !! Thank you for everything Albert

Nice place and fantastic good host.
We had a wonderful stay with Albert in Alicante. We stayed there for one week, and everything was lovely. The place to sleep was nice. The area was nice and quite. The surroundings outside, the pool and the jacuzzi. It was such a nice place to stay. Furthermore, Albert is the best host that you can dream of. He wants to help you with everything. You can ask him anything - and he will help you as good as he can. It was so nice to stay here - and we even think on going back someday because of the fantastic service and the fantastic apartment. I can and will recommend Albert's place to all people who are going to the Alicante-area.

truely Magical
This is a brilliant place. Close to all the amenities yet very exclusive and private. The pool and Jaccuzy is great and the family is wonderfully great who goes over and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Will definitely recommend it.

Quiet little place, but near enough to explore
This fully contained home is underneath owners , but believe me , you would think , you were alone , great little place to stay, myself I love the sun , so from 8.00- 19.00 in various places you can sit in the sun , their own porch does overlook pool, but if they know your there privacy is kept , owners were a pleasure to know, and we're helpful , it was a quiet break for the week , and that's what I got, 1 hr walk to benidorm , 10- 15 min drive , costing 12 ish euros, few shops 7 mins walk , to kaisers thanks for a great stay

Agréable villa proche de Benidorm
Très agréable séjour dans un endroit propre, calme et confortable avec une piscine et un jacuzzi bien entretenu, la villa est meublée et dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires, le cartier n'est pas très loin de la ville Benidorm et bien évidemment de sa plage ( environ 4 km) , il a tout les commerces a proximité , Albert et son épouse sont très gentils et serviables NB c'est une piscine privée mais c'est pas intime à 100%qui cherche pli

Magnifique séjour !!
Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille dans ce superbe cadre exotique. Quartier très calme, proche de tous commerces et bien situé par rapport aux activités ou visites à faire dans la région. Nous ne nous attendions pas à une telle proximité avec les propriétaires, néanmoins Cécile et Albert sont d'une incroyable gentillesse et d'une GRANDE discrétion. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous du début à la fin du séjour. Peut-être ajouter un peu de vaisselle et une machine à café (senseo ou autre) Muchas gracias por todo y a la proxima vez

La location proposée par Albert et sa femme colle parfaitement à la description faite des lieux. Propre, spacieux, agréable, calme … Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ! Endroit très agréable et reposant
Super maison nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants 16,12 et 5ans,nous n’avons manqué de rien les propriétaires étaient à nos petits soins pour toutes demandes et très discret et soucieux de notre bien-être. La maison est parfaitement située à l’abris de tout regard , au calme et à proximité des commerces, des plages … Nous avons passé d’agréables moments dans la piscine et son extérieur très bien aménagé avec son coin repas ombragé, les wc, douche et bien entretenu avec de jolies végétations tout autour. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et je conseil cet endroit, c’était TOP 👍 Un grand merci à Albert et Cecil pour leur gentillesse.

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans la maison de Cécil et Albert (Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants 17/14/5ans). Des propriétaires charmants discrets et soucieux du bien être de leurs vacanciers. Agréable séjour
Descriptif conforme, La piscine est entretenue et très agréable. Les grands arbres permettent de profiter de l'exterieur (et de la compagnie des écureuils) malgré les fortes chaleurs. Le propriétaire est accueillant, discret (malgré la proximité de sa maison), toujours de bon conseils pour les adresses à connaitre et parle suffisamment français pour que nous puissions le comprendre. Juste un petit point négatif : selon nous, la quantité des verres et bols est insuffisante pour un usage courant du lave-vaisselle. Encore un grand merci à Albert.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis op toplocatie in La Nucia.
Wij hebben hier met een gezin van vier (twee peuters) 10 nachten verbleven in juli. Albert is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Al vóór onze aankomst beantwoorde hij al onze vragen binnen een etmaal. Toen we arriveerden werd alles nog duidelijk en geduldig uitgelegd. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en met alle voorzieningen, zelfs (af)wasmachine. Dan het zwembad en bubbelbad, niet alleen is het water de juiste temperatuur, ook is het een lust voor het oog met tal van exotische planten eromheen. De omgeving is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wie andere dorpjes, het strand, dan wel attracties wil bezoeken. Er is een grote supermarkt en een leuk pleintje met restaurants op 5 minuten afstand. Parkeren gratis voor de deur met altijd ruim voldoende plek. Al met al een geweldige vakantie en we danken Albert en Cecil voor alles!

Heerlijk verblijf
We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Albert en Cecile. Het zijn geweldige mensen. Het huis is comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben een ontspannen en heerlijke 9 weken vakantie kunnen vieren. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Vacances agréables, repos assuré
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre agréable et propice au repos. Bien situé et bien aménagé le logement est confortable et très propre. Albert et sa charmante épouse n'ont pas manqué de nous conseiller sur les visites aux alentours. Nous avons également partagé, autour du verre de l'amitié, nos centres d'intérêts communs. geeignete Unterkunft im Winter für Wanderungen in den Bergen der Costa Blanca
Wichtig war mir, dass die Unterkunft im Winter gut heizbar ist. Dank eines transportabelen elektrischen Ölradiators zusätzlich zu den Heizungsleitungen unter der Decke war die Unterkunft angenehm warm und behaglich. Die Wohnung (besonders die Küche) ist etwas dunkel, was aber im Winter nicht störend ist. Im Sommer wird man sich mehr draußen aufhalten und da gibt es einen schönen Garten mit Pool und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, abseits vom Touristentrubel in Benidorm.

Yamboro es el lugar ideal para descansar y embriagarse de los aromas y sonidos típicos del campo. La zona de la piscina despierta los sentidos, es como un pequeño edén. Los propietarios son un matrimonio majísimo, muy simpáticos, educados y amables. Una experiencia en general para repetir.
