It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....
