"Plenty of rooms for whole family very spacious, however the kitchen is very small if 2 people are in the kitchen it feels crowded not a deal breaker.The games and amenities throughout the property are awesome we had a great time. The Wi-Fi is an issue all the TVs in the home are for streaming however the WiFi drops all the time so you have trouble watching anything. "Super easy to work with owners. They are extremely nice and will answer all questions during your stay. House is a hotel that they have made into 3 smaller zones. Each comfortable and very clean. The dock/deck area is awesome. Caught huge catfish from the docks and enjoyed each evening out there. This is a very unique and enjoyable property. "

"This property was a great central location and close to the boat launches. The property was clean and perfect for our weekend stay. The complex felt safe and secure to unhitch our boat and let our kids play around outside. The only downfall for us was the parking. The complex is small and there is minimal parking for large vehicles and larger sized boats. The streets are narrow and a lot of the curb parking is painted red. "We stayed at this home in hopes to get out of the cold in Nevada and it was a great trip with all of my kids and their kids! We had kiddos ranging from 2 to 13 and it was the perfect property! Heated pool was amazing and the kids lived in it! Big space for the whole family. 10/10 experience!"
