If you want a beautiful, comfortable place to relax this is your place. The unit was bright and comfy, great beds and there was no street noise to be heard. The staff were lovely, friendly and very easy to chat with about the area and the hotel. You will love this hotel and the restaurant next door has great food that you can have delivered right to your room or to the lovely courtyard to enjoy its beauty at night as well. Loved the whole set up. Very convenient location by the malecon. Everyone was super friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom one bath suite. Great for girls trip. Could have used another bathroom but overall a great space. Not child friendly as there are hard cement and stone stairs and low balconies. One fall could hurt young and old. Our trip consisted of 2 ladies in our 50’s and our Mothers in their 70’s. We just had to make sure our Mom’s did the stairs slowly. Other than that, excellent experience!!!

Heart of the Malecon.

Staff was unbelievably friendly, bilingual and helpful. Rooms were mini apartments with nice natural lighting. Rooms towards the rear are very quiet, but know that the ocean view rooms are not so quiet. You’re in the heart of the city. Expect it and enjoy! The hotel is central to MANY restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back.

The location a was a cute boutique vibe! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Adrian in the front desk helped us with making all arrangements. Including car rental, tours in the area, great recommendations to eat, in the room massage for my wife and IAs well as Taxi services. We had a great birthday weekend and Adrian helped us with literally EVERYTHING!! Gracias Amigo Adrian!!👍👍👍
