"The home was a beautiful home. I just have some suggestions that would make it better. The stairs going down to the pool needs to have have handrails so older folks can get up and down them. Also I would suggest making the laundry room into a bathroom on the upper level and putting the laundry room on the 2nd floor by the staircase. "

"Ted and Brenda are wonderful hosts and their home is everything you would hope for a family Getaway. They were happy to share their knowledge for transportation to and from the air port including a stop at the grocery store. All the best places to eat and where to get a wonderful massage. "this property is super unique and was like staying in your own jungle bungalow. beautiful construction, minimal style, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. quiet and private. you can’t get any closer to the beach in san pancho unless you book a room overlooking the beach - location was perfect. host was very communicative. we would definitely stay here again!"

"This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

"This property is in the most convenient location. What ever you need is within walking distance. It can be noisy at night depending on which side you’re facing but I had no problem with the noise. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😊"

"An excellent property, indeed. Location, included terrific on site food, a nice pool, comfortable beds, and a cozy boutique style. Loved the “Loteria” ( a popular Mexican bingo game), theme, free early morning Yoga, and a VIP complementary bottle of fine wine. But, the real stand out for me was the fantastic staff, including Luis, Adrian, Enrique, and Betsy, who did EVERYTHING to ensure me and my partner’s safety. comfort, and enjoyment. If something needed improvement, the staff did EVERYTHING to make it right. In fact, we left a couple of belongings in our room. With one call, our things were located, and the front desk sprang into action to get our items directly back home to us. That’s the definition of service to the customer ! The surrounding area provided everything a curios traveler could want, including great food, fun shopping, a gorgeous ocean, and that laid back Sayulita ambiance we all could use more of. I know that with such a glowing Expedia hotel review, Casa Sayulita will draw many new travelers, and that’s just fine with me, because this hotel deserves a ton of compliments! As for myself, I look forward to the next time I come to beautiful Sayulita and especially the soulful and caring staff which makes Casa Loteria, by itself, such a special hotel destination.
