"The place was really cozy and clean. There is an extremely steep wooden ladder that works as a staircase going to second floor. Have to be very careful not to slip and fall. The owner charges extra to provide sheets and towels. This was really weird that he thinks tourists carry their own bed sheets to vacation. I think it should be already part of the overall price. The property comprises of three separate rooms with their own shower and toilet, so best suited to couples or those with older children. We cooked many meals there and there were many essentials that we could use. The drive is about 30 minutes to Nice , so best to buy food etc beforehand in the nearby town. From the moment that we arrived, they were both incredibly helpful and generous, helping with local advice and even bringing us a few treats!! "Having just spent 15 nights at this accommodation I would say that overall it was fairly good. The garden area is quite large so plenty of room for children to play and for dogs to run around. Because of the time of year Mar/April we were not able to use the pool as it was covered up and probably too cold.
