4 bedroom duplex apartment 80 m2 Montchavin La Plagne

The Montchavin-La Plagne (= Les Coches) station is located in the heart of Paradiski, on the La Plagne estate just below the Vanoise Express gondola connecting the Arcs. Le Carrousel is ski-to-door, from the Lac Noir cable car.

The duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a large living room, as well as a large balcony.

Secondary residence of the owners, the apartment is very well equipped.
The living room includes a large table for up to 12 people with extensions, sofa with chaise longue (and folding double bed if necessary) and a large balcony with views of Mont Blanc.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washer / dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue set, raclette set.

On the ground floor, a large entrance allows you to leave all your ski gear (coats, overalls, helmets ...). The bedroom includes a double bed 160x200 (large enough to add the baby cot). The bathroom has a bathtub, double sink, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The toilets are separate.

Upstairs you will find:
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90X190 and a sofa bed with bed 140x190
- a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, with windows overlooking the living room
- a dormitory under slope, accessible via the previous room. It has an 80x190 mattress, 2 90 * 190 mattresses and one 140x190
- a bathroom with shower
- and a separate toilet.

All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds or curtains.
The heating is done by a base on the ground and the supplement by electric convectors in all rooms.
2 ski lockers are located at the entrance of the residence.

The apartment is non smoking and animals are not accepted.

For babies: travel cot, high chair, potty

Possibility of a cleaning package at the end of the week: € 90 extra. Likewise, possibility to rent sheets and towels.

WIFI accessible in the apartment (ADSL box).

Access to Montchavin-La Plagne:
- by car: 2 hours from Lyon
- by train: Landry station (just before Bourg St Maurice) then bus during the season

At the entrance of the village:
At the roundabout, turn left towards the center then go up to the top. The residence is the penultimate. A drop-off area allows you to empty the car with easy access to the elevator.
Cars can be parked in the car parks located above or below the residence.

Montchavin-La Plagne is one of the few Family Plus resorts on a large ski area. Concretely, the crèche is accessible to babies from 9 months (we tested, they are great), and children's clubs up to 13 years (idem), regular entertainment, ice rink, nautical center in Montchavin ...)

Access to the resort center and shops is by ski or on foot (5 min.) Or by Télébuffette (or by car).

Amazing holiday
We had a fantastic time in Les Coshes. Waking up in the morning to views of Mont Blanc was exhilarating. The flat was exactly as described, clean, airy, and very child friendly. Modern, bright apartment with great views, housed 10 of us comfortably. Very close to Telebufette and Lac Noir lifts, piste and ski schools. Short walk to town. Option to buy baguettes and morning pastry from next door residence very handy. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment, great location
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Les Coches apartment. It was perfect for my family of 3 young kids and 2 adults, with room to spare! Everything is in excellent condition: the kitchen has great amenities, 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, comfortable beds, a "rumpus room" space for a baby to sleep or kids to play in a cozy area. The apartment is quiet, super convenient to the piste, and is really spacious as it has 2 floors. We were on the mountain for the last week of our winter break and there was still no snow, but this resort was making artificial snow, and the ski areas of La Plagne/Les Arcs/Montchavin/Les Coches all had enough snow to ski satisfactorily every day. (of course the fresh snow arrived the week after we left, but that's the gamble you take earlier in the season). If there had been snow, the apartment would definitely have been ski-in, but without the snow it was just a 5 minute walk up some stairs right outside the apartment to reach the piste. We greatly appreciated how responsive Aurelia and Cyrille were to our many questions, and that they met us to provide an orientation to the apartment upon arrival. We would love to return next year!

fonctionnel et bon emplacement
Logement très bien agencé, équipé, détails pratiques pour les affaires de ski. La cuisine est très agréable pour une famille. Le grand balcon avec une vue superbe sur le Mont Blanc rend le séjour encore plus agréable tout cela avec une situation au pied des pistes. A noter livres et dvd à disposition. Si on revient à La Plagne ce sera à cette adresse !

Mooi en compleet appartement op een geweldige locatie.
De vakantiewoning is op een prachtige locatie, op steenworp afstand van de skilift. Tevens is dit een prima plaats omdat Les Coches precies tussen de skigebieden van Les Arcs en La Plagne in ligt. Het appartement is ruim en van alle faciliteiten voorzien, het verblijf met 10 personen is ons uitstekend bevallen.

Appartement très bien aménagé et équipé. Station étendue et commerce et crèche pour enfants non a proximité. Il faut utiliser une télécabine dont les heures sont très limités ou alors aller à pied. Nettoyage de l appartement non réalisé à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire est intervenu auprès de l agence immobilière. Nous avons eu la prestation de menage offerte pour notre départ. Le domaine skiable est top.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la plagne les coches. Le logement est situé au pied des pistes et de l'école de ski. L'appartement bien aménagé, cependant il correspond plutôt pour 10 personne que 12. L'appartement est à environ 10 min du cœur de la station (attention les télécabines qui nous y emmène ferme à 17h). La propretée n'est pas de rigueur dans toutes les pièces malheureusement. Sinon dans l'ensemble bel appartement avec un super balcon et bien équipé. Nous recommandons le logement

Nous avons passé une super semaine a 4 adultes 5 enfants. Appart tout confort, baignoire pour le bain des enfants, grande entrée pour ranger tout, ascenceur, grand balcon, espace de vie spacieux, 2 casiers skis. Tout proche des pistes (telecabine lac noir) et du point de rdv pour les flocons. Seul bémol, la connexion vers le centre par telebuffette s'arrête désormais à 17h10.
