Booked this hotel through Expedia and 2 days before the trip, Valencia was flooded. Due to the roads into the area being flooded, I contacted Expedia to cancel my reservation but was within my 48 cancellation period so a cancellation fee of 1 day was to be deducted. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to see if the cancellation fee could be waived due to a natural disaster but the hotel never responded. This hotel does not respond to third party booking sites and due to that, not only was the cancellation fee not waived but they never refunded the remainder of my original booking. I have been dealing with this for over a month with no resolution in sight.

Great staff, all happy and smiling, in for a couple of words and accommodating. The room with sea-view was great, comfortable and I have enjoyed the balcony every day. The rooftop terras is the place to be (open from Fridays to Sundays) and do indulge yourselves in the great breakfast that awaits you after a peaceful night. Definitely coming back!

The hotel was great, had wonderful breakfast. The shuttle was very helpful going into the city every day. All the staff at the front desk and the dining area were very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended, but a few quirks
Fantastic new opened hotel with a very friendly staff. A few quirks like a noisy bed, hard-to-master AC and allowing smoking in the outside area of the restaurant. Also, the constant loud lounge music was very annoying and not relaxing at all. However, it was a very nice stay and a very nice hotel.

Gorgeous new hotel with beautiful pool, right on the boardwalk across from the beach. Sensational breakfasts (extra but worth it), wonderful staff. Design-forward rooms are very modern and comfortable but small, altho terrace helps by giving a place to sit other than the bed. Shuttle service into Valencia appreciated but only Wed-Sun, and could have more capacity to accommodate demand. Hourly public bus service was a convenient alternative. It is kind of an out-of-the-way location, but if you don't need to be in the middle of the action in Valencia this is a great place to unwind. Nice selection of relaxed local eateries in easy walking distance in town.

We love the view from the 3rd floor balcony of the ocean & yachts. The welcome gifts of his & her robes & slippers, the glass wall between the tub & bedroom, 75" TV, separate toilet & shower, Beautiful tiles floors. Plus the night light that come on under the bed. The staff surprise us with champagne & a fruit tray for our 40th wedding anniversary. That was so sweet of them.
