The stairs going upstairs are very narrow and the hand rails were rickety and wobbly.The wood stove warmed pretty well but we literally had to stay on it nearly non stop to keep the house warm. She offered to contact the owner regarding a refund. I called her and told her that we were still coming as we had fishing commitments. We got to the house and, yep, the power was out. That's OK. we're steelhead fishermen so we know how to deal with cold. Upon entering, I was surprised how warm it still was...

"My daughter and I were completely blown away with this home. When we arrived, check in was seamless. The home was just as beautiful in person as it was online. We stayed a week in this comfortable neighborhood. The home was clean, in great repair and stocked with everything that made our stay, convenient and memorable. Our hopes, to return to Forks and to the Aztec Casita."

"We enjoyed this house for our Twilight weekend. It was close to the HOH rainforest, as well as La Push. There are many people taking pictures throughout the day but we closed the curtains when we were home. "

"We only stayed one night, arrived late, left early, but the house is nice and the surroundings are very nice. There are goats, cows and chickens in the pasture. Some of the furniture was broken, but nothing major. Small things like front of drawer, back of bookshelf. Great location for everything in the area. We went to Cape Flatter, La Push and then south to the rain forest. "

"The tiny house was great and clean for a quick overnight stay. Only issue was trying to figure out which house it was in the dark. ( we are adventurous and stay out late) Id suggest putting a solar lamp on sign and put a house number up. Other then that it was perfect. For future stays for anyone upcoming once youre at the end of the druveway. Turn right into cabin sites. First cabin on your left "

"We loved having access to a washer, dryer, and coffee. Communication with the host was excellent. The property is quiet. The kitchen equipment is very basic. Don't expect to be able to do any cooking that requires measuring. The beds, floors, sinks, and tub were nice and clean. But the property needs a deep detail clean as there was dust and grime build up in corners, on baseboards, vents, and other places that made it seem dirty. "

"This property is literally steps away from the Main Street in downtown. You can walk to all the shops near by, restaurants, and a short drive to amazing hikes and views. The place is well stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and even include individual temperature control in each room. Which is a plus when everyone prefers different temps. I will for sure be staying here again on my next work visit to Forks! "

"I love how quirky it is, nestled in all the beauty that is the Hoh. It's clean, thoughtfully put together (has conveniences for dogs), cozy and just cool. If folk art is a house, this is it. Host is also very kind. Hoping to stay there again soon!"
