This peaceful 1 bedroom bottom floor condo is a block from Old Town La Quinta restaurants, shopping and has a nice patio for morning coffee. Close to the swimming pools and hot tubs. The Main bedroom King bed and pullout queen sleeper sofa in living room area. 1 large bathroom with shower/tub. Accommodates 4 people, Wifi, Cable TV, Free Parking, 4 Swimming Pools, Hot Tub, Washer/Dryer in unit. Great location. License #244498

The Space:
This is a ground floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking

Guest Access:
You have the entire unit and Patio, there are 4 Shared swimming pools and hot tubs that you have free access to. Free onsite parking.

La Quinta is the gem of the desert. Many events are hosted by La Quinta like the La Quinta Art Festival, Coachella and StageCoach Music Festivals and the AmEx Golf Tournament.

Getting Around:
It is very easy to walk to Old Town La Quinta and surrounding areas. Otherwise take an Uber or drive. Very easy. Also public transportation is available close by.
