The Space:
The two story condo provides equal living and sleeping space with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the lower level and a spacious living/dining/kitchen area on the second floor. Guests enter through the front door or garage on the first floor and find two bedrooms at the back of the condo. The primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted smart TV and large closet. The en-suite primary bathroom has been newly renovated and has a walk-in shower and double vanity. On the opposite side of the first floor is the guest bedroom with two queen beds. It also opens to the patio and has en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests climb a flight of stairs to the second floor where they are greeted by an open living area with a massive wall-mounted smart TV, comfy seating and a large dining area with a table seating six. The full kitchen has every major appliance all of which were recently replaced. Modern finishes and warm tones complement the engineered hardwood and travertine floors. A large balcony is accessed from the kitchen and has an outdoor dining table perfect for family dinners with a view of the setting sun over the Santa Rosa mountains. Ample cookware and dinnerware make meal preparation and service a breeze and a second floor powder room and first floor laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer round out a long list of in-house amenities.
An attached two car garage and off-street parking in front of the condo give guests the ability to park in or close to the condo without issue. A heated community pool and hot tub are just steps away and the lobby and shops/restaurants of La Quinta aren't more than a 5-10 minute walk. Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 3 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. The Tennis Villas are in a gated community along with Santa Rosa Cove and 24 hour security provides access through two gates to enter the community. The condos have attached two car garages and there is additional lot parking and street parking along Avenida Fernando and Calle Mazatlan. Guests should park in the garage, open lot spaces or along the street in the direction of traffic and display the parking pass provided by security at all times. Garage doors should remain closed when not in use.
The Neighborhood:
The Tennis Villas are a collection of privately owned one-three bedroom condos in a gated community behind La Quinta Resort in south La Quinta. The one and two story villas provide travelers with a comfortable resort setting while having all the benefits of a spacious living space complete with all the comforts of home. Multiple heated community pools and hot tubs combined with quick access to La Quinta Resort and the surrounding area put guests in a prime location. The majority of the Tennis Villa units are less than a 10 minute walk to the main lobby area of La Quinta Resort. The lobby area includes multiple dining options including Twenty-Six, Adobe Grill and Morgan's Steakhouse. A variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor. La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's American Express event is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area
