Beautiful renovated chalet

Nicely furnished, renovated chalet - 54 m2 -with new furniture for 6 people for rent in the very quiet and family-friendly holiday resort
"La Boverie". The holiday park is located in a wooded area, about 6 km from La Roche. There are various playgrounds, a restaurant / tavern and a clubhouse (snacks, table tennis, table football), free central car parks. The park is 500 meters from the Ourthe and there are marked walking routes (with colors) that start from the park.
For a fee there are also the following options: Tennis court, miniature golf, trout pond.
In the area: (electric) bicycle rental - kayak - climbing (at 500m).
Our chalet is located on the playground / basket square.
Dog (s) are also welcome. No extra fee is charged for this.
Possibility to drive close to the chalet for loading or unloading.
This chalet is completely on the ground floor and consists of:
- 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds) both with roller blinds and fitted with duvets
- a sofa bed in the living room (with duvets)
- new open equipped kitchen electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge with (separate door) large freezer, coffee maker, washing machine ... ,
- new bathroom with bath / shower, sink and toilet
- terrace with table, chairs and umbrella
- TV (smart / digital TV satellite: TV Vlaanderen) with DVD player (also suitable for BlueRay) and radio
- Wifi
- insect screens
In other words, all the necessary comfort to make a wonderful holiday.

Inchecken was een ramp. Konden niks vinden. Was ook niet aangegeven van te voren. Geen inckeck instructies. Huisje is vies. Bedden vies dekens vies. Omgeving prachtig genoeg te doen. Eerste halve middag bezig geweest met schoon maken. Huisjes zijn leuk maar deze heeft echt liefde en aandacht nodig. Bank doorgezakt kapot. Schimmel in de douche gordijnen schimmel. Overal bladderd de verf eraf.

Prachtige natuur, groen, erg leuk om te bezoeken, maar het huis is erg vies, geen schoonmaak, borden zijn vies, bestek ontbreekt, oud vies, weinig huizen, verschrikkelijk, de omgeving is heel mooi, maar het huis is verschrikkelijk.

Goede ervaring

Eenvoudig, volledig, prettig verlopen contact -het helpt om vooraf even goed alle stappen na te lopen, ivm borg, lakens en handdoeken, de electra opnemen - de lokatie is prachtig, de kinderen kunnen buiten hun gang gaan, mooie omgeving. Kom graag nog eens terug!

Für ein Wochenende ok Sauberkeit kann besser. Teilweise renoviert, manches in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt Es riecht ziemlich muffig, was wahrscheinlich an der Bauart des Bungalows liegt. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen

Zeer ongastvrij, vies, zeer slecht verzorgd

Begon al dat we een uur bezig waren om in te checken. Marleen neemt niet de moeite om je te vertellen dat je dat niet bij de receptie op het park moet doen, maar elders. Vervolgens moet je zelf elektra en water aansluiten. Er is geen vuilniszak en zelfs geen toilet papier. Het stinkt er. De waterleiding maakt bizar veel lawaai als je hem gebruikt. Het is er vies. Zeer slecht dus

Helaas ontbrak er het een en ander

Qua verblijf zelf prima, mooie omgeving, heerlijk om te wandelen. Klachten gemeld aan de dame van het park en de eigenaresse. Eigenaresse heeft niet gereageerd op de telefoontjes en de mail. Het huisje viel tegen, Boiler maakte vreselijk veel herrie, keukenkraan zat los. Zelfde dag is er nog iemand langs geweest en de volgende dag ook om het te herstellen. Tuintafel was kapot poten zaten los je kon er niet aan zitten. Van de dame van het park mochten we een nieuwe tafel kopen en kregen we het geld gelijk terug. Qua schoonmaak. Je hand bleef op het aanrecht plakken. Koelkast was niet schoon. Wasmachine super smerig, er zat gewoon zwarte drap in. Kastjes niet schoon. Molton zaten vlekken in. Maar al met al hebben we het heel oged naar onze zin gehad. Wil hier best nog wel een keer naar terug, maar dan wel een van een andere eigenaar.

Weekendje ardennen

Het begon al bij het inchecken,eerst beneden aan de receptie die stuurden ons naar boven waar er ook een receptie is,die was niet open,dan 2x de host proberen te bellen ,geen antwoord,bericht geprobeerd ook geen antwoord,door de lange duur toch nog eens geprobeerd ad receptie boven daar iemand aan de lijn gehad die die ons terug naar beneden stuurde,dan sleutel gekregen maar die man zij jullie moeten binnen een half uur terugkomen want er moet een Contract getekend worden, wij alles al uitgeladen en na een half uur terug nd receptie om tot de conclusie te komen dat wij id verkeerde chalet zaten,dan uiteindelijk toegekomen id juiste chalet,stonk het daar enorm beschimmeld. Er lag een briefje op tafel, gekuist begin nov maw de chalet stond een paar weken opgesloten. Bij een ronde in de chalet hebben we opgemerkt dat de boiler in de slaapkamer stond, met als gevolg dat we s'nachts wakker gepiep zijn door het brandalarm (co?), wel een + dat er een alarm was, anders kon het fataal afgelopen zijn. De dekbedden waren vuil, veel bruine plekken erop, de keuze om een ander te kiezen uit de reservebakken was geen optie want deze waren nog vuiler. De zetel was vochtig als je erin plaats nam, er waren ook plekken op. In de badkamer (die enigszins vernieuwd was) was er een beschimmeld venster en jammer genoeg ook een douchegordijn die beschimmeld was. kookpotten in de keuken waren ook vuil, stonden zo in de kast. een + was een grote tv met tv vlaanderen en netflix-optie, en loctatie. punt

Fully equipped house but very humid

The communication in general was OK. Could be a bit more clear. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It was quite cheap so expectations were not high and we expected things to be older, that is fine. What we really disliked though was the humidity in the house (rented beginning November). Everything smelled musty and stale and when we came home we had to thouroughly wash this smell out of all the clothes and bedsheaths. I think there might be a ventilation issue in the house or something.

Chalet wat verouderd, maar prima. Omgeving perfect

We hebben het mede dankzij het mooie weer hartstikke leuk gehad. Waarschijnlijk heb ik wat informatie gemist want het was even zoeken naar de juiste receptie beneden aan het park (wij kwamen van boven). Het water en de stroom stond al aan (de receptie legde uit hoe je dat evt. moet doen). Als je warm water wilt moet de boiler een tijd opwarmen (dus op tijd aanzetten). Het stapelbed en de helft van de badkamer was echt verouderd en het huisje ruikt muf, maar aan de andere kant is er wel vanalles aanwezig (alleen een kaasschaaf konden we niet vinden) maar bv wel genoeg bestek en servies, doosjes, snijplanken, wasmiddel, knijpers enz enz. Het speelveld voor de deur is ook heel leuk en er vertrekken meerdere wandelroutes vanaf het park. Wij hebben dit park gekozen omdat we activiteiten gepland hadden bij Wildtrails (kajakken en klimmen) waarvoor je alleen naar beneden hoeft te lopen. Ideaal! Het dorpje op 10 min. rijden is ook gezellig. Wat ik ook goed vond is dat je ook 2 dagen kan boeken bv. Het hoeft niet persé een weekend of midweek te zijn en het is ook niet duur.

Huisje is aan renovatie toe. Keuken gedateerd, bonkende waterleidingen, kapot meubilair, slecht sluitende terrasdeuren, vlekken in matras en veel stof in de randen van het bed. Receptie wist niet dat we kwamen. Omgeving prachtig.
