Overall, a fantastic experience!
I was SO excited to find this place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this listing. The home was comfortable, clean, cozy, and located in such a beautiful place. We loved the views from the patio. The town was within a very short walking distance with plenty of wonderful places to eat, a grocer and laundromat. Lots of outdoor activities as well. We were the only Americans there and enjoyed going where all the locals go.

Amazing stay, in a very nice village
Very nice home right on the river in La Roche. Extremely clean, great location, friendly hosts. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment right around the corner. Hiking trails are all around. It was the perfect base camp for a cycling holiday. Remember to bring your towels, and bedding. Other reviews mentioned road noise, but if you sleep in the bedroom along the river, there was no/minimal road noise.

Excellent townhouse in beautiful location
My VRBO stay was great. The 3-bedroom townhouse layout offered enough space for it small family, and the impeccable cleanliness heightened our comfort. Situated at the heart of La Roche-en-Ardenne right on the river, the central location made exploration a breeze--with hiking and other activities right outside the door. The kitchen was well-equipped with an array of cooking utensils and an ample supply of cups and plates. I highly recommend this VRBO for those seeking a cozy and conveniently situated stay in the beautiful town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Note - we stayed without a car and found no problem arriving via the TEC bus.

Love this place!
My husband and I spent five days here and loved every minute. This spotless house was very well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, a comfortable Queen size bed, plenty of space, and best of all a beautiful view alongside the river. Wifi worked everywhere. The cafes, restaurants, and shops were within easy walking distance. Our host left clear instructions regarding TV, trash/recycling, parking, and what to do upon departure, and she promptly answered our emails. We appreciated the coded access. If you are coming to La Roche, this is the place to be! We will be back!

Lovely House in the Ardennes
My husband and I stayed in La Petite Maison for a week in late April 2017. It was all as described and photographed on the listing except that it was much larger than we expected. The rooms were very attractive and well equipped. The furnishings were modern and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was supplied with all necessary tools, dishes, etc. The location is wonderful -- on the river in La Roche and a 2 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and sights of the town. The balcony and views of the river are beautiful. While there is no parking with the unit, we were always able to park just past the house along the road. We highly recommend this property-- unless you have difficulty with stairs. The main bathroom with tub/shower and 2 bedrooms are up one rather steep flight.

Het huis is mooi gelegen in het dorp. De omgeving is prachtig. Tips: Herou, Bouillon, Dubuy. Het huis is vrij krap voor 5p. Tijdens ons bezoek misten wij een kapstok en een prullenmand. Verder was het gordijn richting terras kapot. Het parkeren lukt niet op 50m. De parkeerplaatsen dichtbij zijn vol. Wij liepen 350m. geen kapstok

Zentral in la Roche gelegen. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Autobahn nach Brüssel, Gent, Pairi Daiser, Walibi. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Schade dass kein deutsches Programm empfangbar war. Aber es gibt ja zum Glück das Internet:)

Leuke locatie aan de rivier de Ourthe
Prima verblijf en vuurwerk ivm nationale feestdag. Huis was mooi gelegen aan de rivier. Ruim genoeg, wel gehorig vooral verkeer. Netjes en gezellig ingericht. Waren vergeten ons linnengoed klaar te leggen maar na te hebben gebeld lag het er, viel wel tegen dat we zelf de bedden op moesten maken. Centraal gelegen. Vooraf telefonisch op 16 juli 2024 om 15.34 uur geprobeerd bij helpdesk VRBO telefoonnummer van de locatie te krijgen maar zeer onvriendelijk behandeld en werd gezegd dat de boeking niet bestond en dat ik een betalingsbewijs moest sturen naar een mail die ze me zou sturen die ik nooit heb ontvangen. Gelukkig was de boeking wel in orde maar toch een paar dagen het idee gehad dat we bedonderd worden. Verder is contact en site VRBO onvriendelijk in het gebruik.

Excellent hébergement
Le lieu était tel que sur les photos et description. Tout confort. Le chambres avec sommiers et oreillers correctes. Nous avons profité du cadre très chaleureux à l'intérieur de cette jolie maison. Nous étions cinq et c'était vraiment une belle découverte pour nous. Le temps nous a permis d'aller profiter du grand air de la région et de la ville.
