"The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. "shame it hasn't got Wi-Fi, which we didn't appreciate until arrival. it is also up 4 flights of stairs! key collection was not the easiest as a fair level of French speaking was needed. good location for us, albeit parking was challenging. the code to the ski lockers was incorrect and we only got 1 key for it. other people happily shared the code though so not that secure."

"This truly is an exceptional chalet. We spent a wonderful and memorable week here. Such a quiet, rural location with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains! "Stunning area, loads to do. Great value property. We drove over to see the Tour de France, apparently some years it comes right past the house but not this year unfortunately. "The chalet was fantastic and catered for all our needs as a mixed group of friends with a couple of teenagers. The cinema room was a particular hit (once we'd figured out all the remotes) as was the pool table. The steam room and sauna were used most days. The view from the balcony across the valley was lovely and a great way to wind down after a tough day on the slopes. If I come back to Alpe D'Huez, I couldn't imagine a better place to stay."
