"This is a great place, but there’s a couple of things you need to know before renting.First, if you can’t tell from the pictures, only the bedroom and bathroom are enclosed, the kitchen is completely open – no screens. That means bugs – it's Costa Rica after all. No mosquitoes, but beetles, flies, little flying things, and the occasional millipede. "The host was wonderful and even brought us a fruit welcome. The home is great and bedrooms are set to either side of spacious common area, full kitchen, and an amazing deck that looks out over the town and volcano. We had an incredible stay!"

I was charged extra fees that their helpdesk representative could not justify.
