"We had a fabulous stay at Tim and Maria's place in Pinos del Valle. The location was perfect for us - offering a mix of Sierra Nevada wilderness, a good selection of beaches and some super city culture up in Granada - all within a half hour drive. The accommodation was great; basic but it had everything we needed. Maria helped us toddler-proof the main floor by rearranging some furniture when we arrived and there was loads of space downstairs for bikes etc. Having balconies on all sides ensures...

"We spent a wonderful ten days at the villa. Everyone really enjoyed it. The layout of the house was perfect for us and the cleanliness of the rooms was very good. We particularly liked the style of the furnishings and the attention to detail. Last but not least, the breathtaking view should be emphasised, which makes the place very special. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. "This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. This bedroom lacks an en suite and would necessitate trips up and down the spiral staircase to visit the toilet. I think this might be useful to point out, just in case guests were using this 3rd bedroom for young or elderly guests.Otherwise, the property is as listed with superb views"
