A second gîte "Le Poulailler" n° 4293 of 130 m² on the ground floor and first floor, living room of 40 m² with equipped kitchen and lounge, 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor. The gîte La Basse-cour is approved by Tourism and Handicap for mental and hearing disabilities. Outdoor space with garden furniture. Located 20 minutes from Saint-Étienne. Free Wi-Fi. Possible extension for 5 more people, for a total of 19 people. Parking for 5 cars. For your comfort, charges are included in the rental price. Ideal for meeting up with friends or family, while remaining independent! These cottages have been converted into an old barn whose stone and wood features have been preserved and enhanced. We will particularly appreciate the coolness of the rooms during hot summer days and the large capacity of the cottage. In mid-season, the wood stoves provide pleasant warmth as additional heating.
Located on the edge of the Pilat Park, our cottage is ideally located for lovers of outdoor activities: hiking, geocaching, climbing (natural climbing site less than 10 km away) while remaining close to the main shops and cities such as Saint-Etienne (30 mins) and Lyon (50 mins).
