La Toc Beach is located a short distance from the capital city of Castries on the north coast of the island, meaning you can be shopping in a bustling market in the morning and lazing on the beach by lunchtime. Make your way to the Sandals Regency La Toc resort and follow the path down to reach the beach. Alternatively, follow the signed road off Millennium Highway, which provides direct access to La Toc Beach.
