"Marcus at the front desk was helpful. No one else spoke English. The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. "Great, friendly, family run hotel. Clean and upgraded room with nice mountain view. Ate at the restaurant every nights, because of the numerous other restaurants closed during the off season. The Maitre D', Paul, was terrific and suggested great local, reasonable wines. Although there was no bathtub, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were provided on the lower floor.
