Location is really close to parque on calle 93. Lots of places you can walk to. Never felt unsafe. Has the sauna and pool, which after a long day of exploring really helps relax those muscles.

Check-In staff much to be desired, boderline rude and inhospitable throught the whole stay. Its sad that the lack of hospitality of the staff negatively affects the experience and superb rooms.

We coordinated transportation through the hotel, and they were very efficient and attentive, even ensuring the pick-up went smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. At reception, the staff was very welcoming, and we were greeted with a welcome cocktail while waiting for our room to be ready.
The room service was excellent, and so was the breakfast. My only comment for improvement is that the hot water in the bathtub never worked, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose that specific room.
Aside from this issue, the location is fantastic—close to many great restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would encourage the hotel to address the bathtub issue to meet the expectations of future guests.

I enjoyed my stay. 5/5. The staff was amazing. Carlos was one of the staff members that helped me with registration, helped me upgrade my room, and was very informative anytime I had a question.
This is one of the best hotels that I stayed at.

"Everything was ok. However, kitchen close early and there are no options for a midnight snack. There were plenty of options for breakfast but they were cold and had to constantly asking food availability."
