"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...

The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. "The first single room was very small with a very small window. The second was bigger with a much nicer window and drapes. It was close to everything and there was gluten free bread for me each morning. Very much appreciated thank you. The property was warm at all times and had dinner and lunch options. There is no lift, but I had help with my bag when I arrived. "

Perfect spot in Old Chur

"Perfect little gasthaus in Old Chur. Very easy and safe 6 min walk from train station. Hotel is a gem, perfectly clean and comfortable, in a great location, and historic atmosphere! Please note there are no lifts (as clearly advertised) if this is an issue for you. I found the stairs no problem. Breakfast was delicious. Also had dinner in the restaurant and it was amazing. Highly recommend if you want an experience that’s not a chain hotel. "

Great economic hotel near station

"The room was exactly as described, small, stairs as described, shared bathroom as described. Some other less positive are really unkind, marking diwn just because they couldn't get a table in the restaurant for example. I wish I had time to stay longer in Chur and Graubuenden."

"Spacious, quiet, modern room with a great view. Comfortable bed, good shower. Easy walk from the train station. No dining option for a Sunday night but we were able to find a restaurant at the adjacent shopping centre. Only negative was the weirdly shaped, flat pillow which I had to fold in half to get some sleep."
