"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. We didn’t receive our door code, but the owner got back to us right away with the information we needed. It’s a ten minute bus ride to the lifts in Laax, or drive and pay for parking."
