Casa Arena Alva LAAX

The Flims-Laax-Falera ski area is one of the top ski areas in Switzerland. Opened up to over 3000 meters in altitude, it is absolutely snow reliable and offers a lot of variety for skiers and snowboarders. The romantic and spacious apartment is suitable for couples but also for small families. Directly behind the house is the stop of the shuttle bus, which takes you to the skiing and hiking area.

The cozy 1.5 room apartment with a separate bedroom (double bed) is on the 3rd Floor of an apartment building. The beautiful south-facing position floods the apartment with plenty of light from morning to evening. From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the Graubünden mountains.

An additional bed is available in the living area. With two additional mattresses, the occupancy can be extended to 4 or 5 people. However, the allocation is optimal for three. With a higher occupancy, it gets a little tight.

Fitted kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven and coffee machine are available for use. The equipment includes all items of everyday use.

A beautiful, open chéminée also offers the opportunity to conjure up additional romance on cold winter evenings.

The garage space in the underground car park is available to apartment users. The ski room offers space for all winter sports equipment.
