The charming village was very quiet except when the church bells tolled many times at 7:00 and 19:00. The kitchen lacked some cooking utensils (notably a spatula and cutting board) making it awkward to cook, but otherwise had everything you need. "We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. "your photos must be more than 3 years old... no parasol, the bane awning doesn't work and is ready to fall down. 2 teaspoons, 3 bowls, 4 garden chairs etc... for a rental for 6 people. First day, I cleaned for 4 hours SUPER when you pay for the service. Being allergic to dust in this house was complicated. Pool maintenance, nobody came, no net available... "We had a great stay - Jean-Brice was very helpful and accomodating - including setting up some outdoor tables and camp beds for kids. It is a big property with heaps of rustic charm. We didn’t realise there were additional outdoor areas (including a firepit and outdoor sitting room) all of which were fantastic with lots of kids running round. Great location with beautiful views, sunsets and local attractions."

This villa is part of a working farm (sheep & goats) this caused major issues with flys I means loads of them so much so that you could not eat or drink outside in the beautiful sunshine. It really should be pointed out in the advertisement of this villa . Beware "

"25 mins out of Cahors in lovely rural setting. Fully fenced property and pool ideal for children and pets. Robert and Pierre close by to help with any maintenance issues. Foie Gras, cassoulet and Malbec country- delicious! We have had many of these types of holiday but this is by far the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. 2 fridges plus wine chiller, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, juicer, bread maker, racqulette the list goes on!
