"The Farm is a wonderful B&B located near Pakenham. Everything is styled beautifully and there is plenty of space to move around. Charlie & Dinah really make this a homely experience, with plenty of food and welcome touches, they really have thought of everything. The Farm has a private outdoor bath, bbq, and dining area along with full size laundry and bathroom. There are games available for the kids, pool table and televisions. Valley Views BNB

3.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"We had a wonderful overnight stay at Ange and Brad's Barn converted property. The place is new and modern with aircon and firebox. Ange and Brad welcomed us when we arrived. Later, we were invited to feed the animals together, it was a great experience more than just bed and breakfast. There are all sorts of different animals, we fed a miniature donkey, sheep, lama, peacocks and turkey. My daughter loved it and we will recommend it to our friends. Especially, when the glamping is ready, there...

Forget Me Not Cottages

4.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (42)
"Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...
