They helped in so many ways with miscellaneous arrangements, taxis, extra items for the room, etc. The room was nice and clean and well maintained and the breakfast was outstanding and well worth the price: great coffee, lovely buffet, and cooked-to-order hot food, again with lovely staff. The only thing future guests should be aware of is its location. While just 4 blocks from the train station and an easy walk to the Metro, it is a bit away from the historic center of Rome (e.g.,15-20 min cab ride to the coliseum). The Metro was great and easy to use so not a huge problem (except when there are delays)."
