But sadly, the communication with the staff was not good, limited English and was asked to check out half way through our booked stay (even though we paid upfront on Hotels.com). No explanation whatsoever, very disappointing which left us with a bad experience here."

"Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...

"This place is a bit far from the touristy areas, so you will need to use a grab bike to get around. If it’s not too hot, you can also walk. Staff was friendly, rooms were super clean and no frills. I’d stay here again, for sure (though don’t k ow when)"

"This hotel is a little easy out of town but reachable on a Grab bike for less than 20.000Rp. Great pool/beach and a nice little restaurant. Rooms are standard layout. "

"We stayed in a villa at the hotel. It was fantastic. Large comfortable rooms with huge bathrooms. A patio outside to relax or hang clothes and towels after using the nice pool or beach was a nice plus. The restaurant was good, with a variety of dishes. And there are beautiful sunsets. A perfect place for relaxing. "

"Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing...
