Welcome to your dream escape, nestled into 2.5 private acres on Pokegama Lake. Grab some coffee and head to the deck each morning for a 180-degree view of the water. The 20-foot ceiling in the great room, beam trusses, and full windows on the west-facing wall bring the scene of the towering pines, birch, and Pokegama Lake inside as well. Located on the Flambeau chain of eight lakes, with over 8,000 acres of boating and world-class musky, walleye, bass, and northern fishing, you’ll enjoy unparalleled outdoor opportunities via the property’s private dock. Hop into the provided kayak or canoe to explore by water. Launch your boat or jet skis at the public ramp, located a quarter of a mile from home, and use the dock to moor your boat/jet skis to access the lake for fishing and recreation. In the winter, spend days exploring the nearby snowmobile trail systems and the evenings snuggled up around the wood-burning fireplace.

Inside, you’ll find a modern cabin vibe, with light, tranquil colors blended with the feel of an Aspen ski lodge. The open floor plan is ideal for reconnecting with family and friends, and the modern, spacious kitchen is a dream for the group’s chef, with lots of cabinetry, counter space, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Between the three-season porch, dining room table, and kitchen barstools, there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime.

In the warm months, the central air-conditioning keeps everyone cool at home after a day of adventures. Entertainment options include board games, free high-speed WiFi, cable, and two streaming-capable TVs. Fire up the gas grill on the deck for an easy dinner, or step out to a nearby supper club for some cheese curds and a fish fry. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
