"The house unfit for rental. Pool fence not secure, large whole in the pergola ground, unable to open windows, sliding doors. Provide BBQ but no gas or utensils. BBQ absolutely disgusting and has never been cleaned. Fly screens so dirty that we could not open windows. Mould on venetian blinds, air vent and owner called me a liar even though we have photos. House being reported to local government authorities and to Stayz"

"A beautiful property in a peaceful suburb. A lovely walk at nearby beaches and great cafes. So many playgrounds around the area too! Conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy to move around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast! The house has all the necessities you need! A comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, which acts as the 4th bedroom. I was happy to see that when the bi-fold doors are open, it’s one spacious living area. "We stayed here for 3 weeks. It had a beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need. The beds were supper comfortable. The owners were lovely to communicate with. They even borrowed us their mud crab nets although we didn't catch anything. We stayed with 2 dogs and it had a big yard that was enclosed, it was very convenient for our stay. We had a lovely stay."
