"The shower cubicle needs a redesign. Water flows outside of the shower area, making it unsafe, as anyone can slip. We had to place a few floor mats to ensure water didn't flow outside. Guests should not be concerned about these, and the staff couldn't do anything but apologise. Sometimes, designers forget the most basic things while trying to make bathrooms look modern."

"hotel is part of heritage buildings, and it has been renovated up to highest standard. Do ask the property manager for the size of room that you are booking, it varies in the layout and spaces to avoid the disappointment"

"The hotel is at walking distance from the City shopping mall, Elizabeth Pier, Salamanca Market precint. The Goodguy restaurant at the hotel is excellent, buffet breakfast at reasonable prices. Staff amazing and helpful. Highly recommended 👍"

"Great room with all the amenities you could need. Was spacious & quiet. Restaurant convenient with a great selection of snacks or meals, along with an afternoon happy hour. Location was great between the city centre & docks with plenty of shopping & dining options. Would definitely stay here again."
