"Appart'City was perfect for our six night stay in Pau. We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet...

Les propriétaires très sympathiques étaient toujours disponibles au téléphone en cas de questions. La région de la Soule est magnifique et ravira les amateurs de pleine nature et de moyenne montagne avec de splendides panoramas ; il faut néanmoins une bonne heure pour rejoindre la côte basque et son tumulte....

"We had a terrific stay at Ken and Shona's rental. The house was full of character, very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet and scenic neighbourhood. As cyclists, it was a great spot to launch a bike ride from with countless quiet backroads that were picturesque beyond belief. The house was close to all amenities and it was easy to busier roads/highways to travel to other towns and cities such as Pau, Bayonne etc. The pet donkeys were a special treat and we looked forward to...

"Het is een fijne locatie: groot huis met veel ruimte en grote kamers. Zwembad is heerlijk en best groot. Locatie is prima. Er is veel te bezoeken in de omgeving. Echter in het dorp zelf is niet veel te doen (wel een supermarkt express en twee bakkers. In Orhez (10 min rijden) is er een grote supermarkt. Huis is armoedig ingericht en meubels verouderd (Bank beneden is echt helemaal doorgezeten en bedden zijn erg laag), er is geen airco of vin (wat met temperaturen rond 30 graden wel lekker is) ,...

"The cottage was comfortable & well-equipped. The view from the terrace was amazing, whatever the weather! We enjoyed the pool on warmer days. We were well looked after by Nicole & Henri and Thane & Annabel were very helpful with arrangements for our stay. The area is very beautiful & the cottage is well-situated for local amenities without being overlooked. We have enjoyed a very relaxing break & would certainly be considering a return visit."

Wonderful Stay

"We had a terrific stay at Ken and Shona's rental. The house was full of character, very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet and scenic neighbourhood. As cyclists, it was a great spot to launch a bike ride from with countless quiet backroads that were picturesque beyond belief. The house was close to all amenities and it was easy to busier roads/highways to travel to other towns and cities such as Pau, Bayonne etc. The pet donkeys were a special treat and we looked forward to seeing them in the mornings while drinking our coffee in the backyard. Shona and Ken were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this house!"
