"All the people working at this hotel were really nice. Their service was impeccable. The hotel is convenient, walking distance from the Old town and museums. The two negatives: 1. Only two elevators and no freight elevator, that's not enough for the size of the hotel. 2. The $20 resort fee (on top of the price we paid) wouldn't have made any sense if we didn't have a car to park. Even so, price per parking is too high "
