"We came for a short 2 day getaway. We actually left after 1 day due to the snow and ice coming in. Our visit was short, but we enjoyed our time there. This condo was clean and well appointed. There are a couple things that show its age, but nothing to detract from our visit. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you will want to take that into consideration. This is an end unit, so it is next to the stairway which is convenient. "

Bedroom TVs did not work and needed service from provider. Did not like TV channel option on living room TV. No local channels, no sports and everything was old reruns of shows. "

"The winter projects in the garage didn't bother us because we liked everything else. Lori and Scott were ready to help with any questions we had. We really liked having a tiny place that had everything. I called it the Thumbelina house. Bikes and walks were wonderful. Spectrum needs to make access to network easier....not the owners' faults. We already want to come back"

"Look no further for a great place to stay in Hilton Head. The property was just as pictured, had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Check in was easy,. The location could not have been better. You can walk to everything shops, beach food and entertainment. A few of our travlers were golfers and had plenty to choose from just a short drive away. "Hi Matt, as previously experienced your place was beautiful. Sadly, I spent three days in the hospital with my husband because he had a tumor in his bladder. They discovered after you started bleeding. And when we got back to the condo on Thursday evening, I fell and shattered my heel and broke my ankle. we truly love your place though and hope we will be able to come back"

The TVs in the 2 bedrooms worked fine.The TV in the main living space was beyond frustrating with 3 remotes - spectrum, roku, and insignia and no instructions.
