Melbourne is generally safe. This hotel is in a shady part of town. Arguments on street at night. AC/heater did not work, so they sent up a portable one that worked fine. There is no sin on the street; after five minutes of walking past it many times, we asked locals, and they pointed far up to a YEHS sign.

Definitely would recommend the apart-hotel and would stay again. Nice to have everything provided. Great options for the breakfast, nice wine at the happy hour, and nice to be able to grab a takeaway coffee from the guest lounge at any time. Good size apartment with everything you need. Close walk to shopping and dining options.

Loved it! Def's would love to come back and stay! Staff were friendly, Tv system was a bit *meh* the pool was beautiful at night (cold weather) but still able to have a swim, parking was a little expensive but it is what it is! But overall will definitely come back!
Didn't get to try the bar, breakfast or anything else, would recommend this place to everyone!

I rented a pod as it was just me, and it suited my needs perfectly, would be an excellent but for two minor niggles- some minor mould in shower base and the damn soap dispenser directly over the sink which made it very difficult ...
