The house was in great condition, ample parking and a great fire pit out back with chairs to sit around. We never lit a fire but we sat and enjoyed the peach of the mountains and the sounds of the waterfall. "Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"We stayed here for three nights over Veterans Day weekend. It was my wife, our two dogs and I. We had a terrific time and were amazed by the huge fenced-in backyard. The landscaping was ridiculously cool. Our dogs were in heaven. The yard has multiple areas to explore. Inside the house is a very well done open floor layout. We will absolutely return here. The location is convenient to any necessities and James is very prompt and helpful if you have any questions. This is a dream home for us....
