Rooms are not accessible for anyone that cannot do steps (our room in a back corner of second floor required steps even with elevator use). Room was large and plenty comfy. The courtyard area was very inviting as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and housekeeping was perfect. We had an issue with a slow draining sink, and it was fixed by the time we came back from sightseeing. Really a great stay!"
