"This is a great spot for meeting fellow travelers and organizing tours from. Like others have said, definitely a party hostel with free drinks from 7-11 pm. The private room bed we had was pretty hard, so a little rough sleep. Breakfast and coffee included in your stay. "Karuna is exactly as described. They provided transport for our small children & pregnant mother from our apartment to the restaurant because the units are on a cliff. Prepare to do a lot of steps. "We had an amazing time at the Cauayan. We loved everything about it, the setting, the outstanding level of service, the nature surrounding it, the privacy. I particularly loved seeing turtles and baby sharks while snorkelling on the beach. We had two wonderful day trips to the nearby attractions and beauty spots and did some diving. Jeremiah deserves a special mention for making our trips even more enjoyable. We rarely go back to the same place, but the Cauayan might just become an exception."

"I made a mistake booking this hotel. I thought it was Miniloc. But, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the customer service and persistent attention to details. Russel was super helpful. John was extremely cautious and careful in handling senior citizens during the lagoon tour. EJ was so pleasant during the welcome tour.
