When we went to check into the hotel, they couldn’t find our booking. When I showed them the confirmation on Expedia, they said they are no longer part of that platform, therefore my payment and reservation didn’t go thru to them and I had to pay all over again. Also, even though we were two people, we were only given one towel in the room and complimentary breakfast for one. Other than that the staff were very friendly and personable.
