The Lavender Apartment

1 bed/1 bath apt style unit with a queen and a twin bed. Located across the street from the beach and walking distance to town it offers, garden views, a cozy living room, a full kitchen complete with dishwasher and a full bath, shower only.

With a large picture window which enjoys vistas of the garden, the Lavender Apt, has a cozy living room with a daybed for extra sleeping or lounging for the guests.

The full kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave and intimate dining table. It has a private bedroom with a queen size bed which opens to the bath with shower only.

Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

Guests will have access to the Lavender Apt and the large English Style garden. The garden is equipped with several outdoor seating areas and a BBQ.

Guests will be provided with a contact phone number should they require anything during their stay. Our manager is present on the property daily.

Located on the trolley route

Ideal location - 2 minute walk to lifeguard manned swimming beach, on the trolley route and a 10 minute walk to the town center.

Great Location!
We enjoyed our convenient access to the beach and walkability of the area. Easy walk to Laguna Beach shops and 'downtown' area. Everything was clean in the Lavender and check-in process was super easy and smooth. Great spot to be for access to Picnic Beach and other nice beach/picnic areas.
