"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). "Our group of six had three rooms at this property and also had dinner at its fabulous restaurant. The proprietor, Joseph, was the highlight of our experience.
