We enjoyed our stay with a group of four families of every age range. The center island was a great hangout area. The HVAC kept things evenly cool throughout the entire house (super important since it was over 90 degrees and humid for our stay). Breakfast made on the Blackstone-style griddle was delicious. The layout of the twin bunks is through a pass through room with one of the queen beds and an attached bath. There is another bathroom within the king room, so only one "public" bathroom for everyone else, but we're a close group and weren't deterred from sharing with the whole of our group. The queen bed upstairs is in more of a loft-type area, but still fairly private. We weren't expecting that based on the property description, but the spaces actually worked well for us. The host was super communicative. Proximity to North Point Rec Area was a big plus since a large part of our group and all activities were happening there for us.
I would note that the seating area downstairs is super cozy, but not super conducive to older guests who might have trouble getting in/out of large, cushy furniture! The island seating is an optional alternative, though. It wouldn't keep our group from staying there again. Thanks for a great stay!
