Back upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and space you’ll need to whip up delicious meals at home. - To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
- The home has 2 additional full bathrooms.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet/per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway, no street parking. The owners have their personal boat parked in the driveway.
- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the game room.

- There is one exterior motion sensing camera located on the right corner of the house that faces the entrance door to the home. This camera does not continuously record.
