"We really enjoy the Lazy Bear Inn! Our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids under age of 5) had stuck a great stay. Checkin was easy, the host was very responsive, everything was cleaned and prepared for us nicely. The kids really enjoyed the game room downstairs and the deck was an awesome hang out spot! It was a little too far to walk to the beach/lake area but only about a 5 minute drive. We were pleased to learn that kayak and paddleboard rentals were free if you had an amenity pass, but plan to reserve ahead of time! Overall, we had a great weekend! "

"Great house and very responsive host! The game room was the favorite part of the house where we all gathered and had fun! Our stay was mainly pickleball, outdoor pool and walks around the lake! However this house is listed for 12 but there’s only beds for 9, the rest slept on the couches (not sofa beds) and low twin aero beds (deflated in the middle of the night). Beds are hard - can be upgraded with mattress toppers. Shower does squeak. Not enough coffee mugs - pls replenish 😉 Globally, it’s a great house and we most probably will book again!"

"The house was sparkling clean and decorated so nicely. Check-in/out was a breeze. We loved that the property was lakefront and dog friendly. We utilized the dock every day to fish (and caught some nice ones too!), made s'mores around the fire pit and took the kayaks out to explore the lake. We used the grill a few times and ate out on the deck, which was so nice. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and every gadget you need to make a meal. Linens and towels are provided, which makes packing a lot easier and there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together. We purchased weekly amenity passes and got to swim in the community pool, use the lake beach and play pickleball on the well-maintained courts. All of which were fun and kept the kids entertained for most of the day. We played bingo at the community center one night. It was affordable and everyone had a great time. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and plan to book it again in the future. The house itself is wonderful, the community offers enjoyable things to do for adults and kids alike and there are stores nearby for easy access to just about anything you need during your stay. We appreciated the prompt responsiveness to any questions we had before and during our stay. Not only was the house fabulous, but the host's communication was equally as amazing. Thanks again for a memorable vacation!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. We had a relaxing time sitting in front of the fire. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to make Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely be returning in the future."
