"Doesn’t look like much from the street, but the rooms were very nice. Obviously the bath room fixtures weren’t new, but no complaints. Very easy parking at the door. Be aware there is no breakfast, but that is reflected in the price. Lots of dining options close by. Walmart is right across the street. Room had refrigerator and microwave. I would return. "

"Selected this hotel because it was close to highway 10. We were staying overnight, and staying close to the highway would allow us to get an earlier start. Hotel is located away from the rest of Lake City. No place to eat or shop without driving 15 minutes. For that reason would not stay there again "

"The hotel was well located near the interstate and main highway but was well set back so was quiet. There was good handicap parking. The breakfast (continental only) was a bit disappointing and coffee was often cold. The rooms were good sized and the bed was very comfortable. There was only one elevator so that may cause some frustration if it is busy (it was not too busy when we were there). Staff were somewhat friendly. "
